East Greenbush Community Library maintains meeting rooms that may be used by non-profit community groups and associations when they are not in use for library purposes. Users are subject to the library meeting room policy that is listed below.
Can hold a maximum of 90 people for a given meeting by fire code.
A full kitchen is attached to the room for a group’s use.
The room has a full screen, LCD projector in the ceiling and sound system for use.
Meeting Room A & B
Can be divided into two rooms that are allowed 38 people each or 76 people when the partition is down.
Meeting room A has a counter top with sink for use.
There are carts with LCD projectors/laptops/DVD players to be used in these rooms to project your presentation onto the walls.
Outdoor Patio Space
Can also be reserved for use by outside groups weather permitting.
The patio has 3 outdoor benches and picnic table with umbrella for seating. If you wish for extra seating, you must provide your own chairs.
Available for use on a first come, first serve basis. Classroom style that accommodates 10 to 12 people. See EERC use policy.
