How to request books
To request an item through the library's website, search for the item
you want and click "Request First Available Copy." You will need your
library card number and your PIN. If you are unsure what your PIN is,
ask a librarian. New cardholders may not reserve on-line until one week
after their card is issued.
How to use
"My Account"
Your library user account (called "My
Account" and located at the top of the screen after you click
search for books and select a library) is a collection of information specific to you. It
includes your user profile, items you have currently checked out, the
status of any holds you have placed or hold requests that are pending,
fines or other blocks to your library account, and any saved lists.
You
need a Personal Identification Number (PIN before you can log into My Account. To keep your information
private, only you and library staff can access your account with your
Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you're unsure what your PIN is,
ask a librarian.
To view your account
Once you have logged in you can, click one of these links to see details
about your account:

Checked Out. This link
lets you view a list of library items currently checked out to your
library card. It also provides the option to renew checked out items
before they are due.

Holds. This link lets
you view the status of items that you have requested. You can also
activate, suspend, or cancel a hold request.

Fines/Blocks. This link
lets you view any fines, fees, charges, messages, or other
information that might block your borrowing privileges.

Profile. This link lets
you view or change information in your user profile. Your user
profile is a record of contact information such as your name, home
address, home telephone number, and e-mail address (optional). You
can also update your PIN and iPac user preferences.
