Notary Services

A notary is available during some of the hours the library is open.  Please call ahead to ensure availability.

Self Service Color Copier

A self-service photocopier is available for public use. The charge is $.15 per side for black & white copies and $.50  per side for color copies. Duplex (double-sided copies are available for both color and B&W). The copier also has the ability to scan color and black & white to a USB flashdrive or to an email account.  There is no charge to scan documents.


Fax 24 Service

A self-service fax machine is also available for public use. The machine only accepts credit or debit cards ONLY (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). The Domestic rate is $1.50 for first page, $1.00 for each additional page. International faxing is also available.

Interlibrary Loan

Kill A Watt™ EZ Power Meters

The Kill A Watt™ EZ power meter is designed to easily measure how much electricity is used by plug-in appliances at home. Available for East Greenbush and Schodack residents ONLY.


Books with Wheels

Homebound borrowers who cannot visit the library may request volunteer book delivery.

Museum Pass Program 

Various museum passes are available to check out, up to 3 days, for East Greenbush and Schodack residents as well as current Friends of the East Greenbush Library only to nearby museums. Passes are available on enter site viagra tablets a first-come, first-serve basis and non-requestable.

Book Drop

Free Wireless Access (policy)

Internet Computers (policy)

The library maintains public computers for patron use.  Computers are equipped with Internet access and Microsoft Office programs.  Each patron is entitled to 2.5 hours of computer use per day.  Guest passes are available for non-cardholders.

Laptop Computers (more information)

Patrons with cards in good standing can check out a laptop for use within the library for a maximum of 2.5 hours.


Large Print Materials and Audiobooks

Large print books and audiobooks are available for those who find conventional print too small to read easily. Low-Vision Equipment is also available for those patrons requiring this service.


Downloadable Books and Databases

Downloadable E-books and audiobooks are available from the library’s website.

Online reference database resources are available in the library. Most are also available from home, work or school computers through our website.

Voter Registration & Election Information

Registration and Absentee Ballot Applications & other voting information are available in the library.
